FEDERACION DOMINICANA DE KURASH RESALTA EL DIA NACIONAL DEL DEPORTE EN LA REPUBLICA DOMINICANA
San Cristóbal, Republica Dominicana.- El Dia Nacional del Deporte simboliza la integración en el ámbito del cuerpo y la mente con la realización de actividades propias de la fecha que esta institucionalizada en la Republica Dominicana desde hace ya 59 años.

Las diferentes organizaciones del quehacer deportivo nacional con el Ministerio de Deportes y Recreación (Miderec) y su titular el ingeniero Francisco José Camacho Rivas, han de realizar actividades que resalten los valores atléticos y la conveniencia de la practica deportiva para combatir el sedentarismo y la inactividad física, principalmente.

FEDERATION HIGHLIGHTS NATIONAL SPORTS DAY IN THE
DOMINICAN REPUBLIC
San Cristóbal,
Dominican Republic.- The National Sports Day symbolizes the integration in the
sphere of the body and the mind with the performance of activities typical of
the date that has been institutionalized in the Dominican Republic for 59
years.
The different
organizations of the national sports activity with the Ministry of Sports and
Recreation (Miderec) and its head, the engineer Francisco José Camacho Rivas,
have to carry out activities that highlight the athletic values and the
convenience of sports practice to combat sedentary lifestyle and inactivity
mainly physics.
In this way the
Dominican Kurash Federation (Fedokurash) joins this celebration and rejoices
with all its grassroots organizations including athletes, coaches, referees,
support personnel and family members to carry out different activities such as
recruiting new members for the practice of this discipline, promotion of kurash
values and the history of sport, fully integrate into the National Sports Day
in our country.
"This
development path that kurash has traced in the practice of the discipline in
the country is based on highlighting the more than 3,500 years of existence of
this martial art, its values and organization that develops in the
world", informed Professor Israel Caraballo Jiménez, president of
Fedokurash when highlighting the National Sports Day in the Dominican Republic.
