Falcón defenderá al tricolor en Panamericano de kurash

Los falconianos están preparados para el compromiso internacional que se avecina
Conocida como la ciudad más antigua del Nuevo Mundo, Santo Domingo se prepara para recibir a los mejores atletas del Kurash de todo el continente americano, en el Campeonato Panamericano Abierto Masculino y Femenino que se desarrollará del 1 al 5 de diciembre en la Republica Dominicana, evento al que la representación falconiano no podría faltar o al menos eso esperan los estudiantes de la Escuela Deportiva Jigoro Kano de Punto Fijo.
Pese a la incertidumbre por la que atraviesan los atletas, en cuanto al recurso económico que se necesita para asistir al compromiso, el seleccionado falconiano continúa fortaleciendo sus técnicas con rutinas de entrenamientos para acondicionar su cuerpo y mente, aunque esta ultima la han tenido difícil, ya que conseguir el dinero se les ha hecho cuesta arriba.
“Como de costumbre no hay recursos para tal fin y es por ello que estaremos tocando las puerta a organismos tantos públicos como privados y a personalidades del que hacer regional y nacional para que nos ayuden en la consecución de los pasajes a Dominicana, y así nuestra Vinotinto de kurash pueda poner en lo más alto del podio a nuestra patria Venezuela”, dijo Jesse Díaz, presidente de la Federación Venezolana de Kurash (Fedekurash).
Así mismo, indicó que el trabajo ha sido muy duro y el camino es difícil, pero aun asi, se siente con la fuerza de seguir avanzando y decididos a ir a representar a Venezuela y a hacer historia en este deporte. “El llamado es a todos para que aporten su granito de arena para poder participar” recalcó Díaz.
Por otra parte, el maestro en artes marciales, puntualizó, que todos los integrantes del seleccionado nacional, son falconianos, equipo constituido por los atletas: Roberto Gutiérrez, Emmanuel Gutiérrez, Lenin Díaz, Willie Ortiz, Phillipe Sarkis, Yhoanny Pérez, Edgar Borges, Francisco Aguilar, Edgardo Mata, Pedro Sánchez, Carlos Centeno, Adán Medina, Ronald Parra, Junior Brett y Michael Prada.
La delegación será acompañada por Jesús Díaz como árbitro, Cristóbal Stripoli, jefe médico, Vladimir Díaz, técnico y Jesse Díaz como jefe del equipo.

dcist2013 - CopyOn September 25, 2016 the resort city Danang in Vietnam hosted the first competition day of the Beach Kurash event in the program of the 5th Asian Beach Games.
The Asian Beach Games are the multi-sport event held by the Olympic Council of Asia once in every two years for the sports which are practiced on sand.
This is the second time Kurash participates as the official sport in the competition program of the Asian Beach Games.
Kurash as the sport was recognized by the Olympic Council of Asia in 2003 and since then was a part of the Asian Games 2006 in Qatar, the Asian Indoor Games 2007 in Macau, the Asian Indoor Games 2009 in Vietnam, the Asian Martial Arts Games 2009 in Thailand, the Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games 2013 in Korea, and the Asian Beach Games 2014 in Thailand.
Kurash as an official sport is also included to the programs of the Asian Summer Games 2018 in Indonesia and Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games 2017 in Turkmenistan.
This year’s Beach Kurash event at the Asian Beach Games offers competitions in 10 weight categories for men and women.

Introduce
Kurash is an ancient type of upright jacket wrestling which originated in the territory of modern Uzbekistan. According to the latest scientific research of Kurash is at least the age of three and a half thousand years. Kurash is one of the oldest martial arts of the people who used to practice.
Kurash is one from Uzbekistan. It means - "to achieve the goal with the only or by». Since its birth till recent times Kurash was used as a martial art and physical recreation in big festivals, holidays and weddings. Kurash is mentioned in many historical documents.
January 24, 2003 is a historical date for Kurash. It was a day of official recognition of Kurash of Olympic Council of Asia - the continental parts of the IOC. It happened at the 22nd General Assembly of the organization held in Kuwait. Condition sport Kurash recognized for the right to put on the program of the Asian Games record that is the pattern of the summer Olympics. In December 2006 in Doha, Qatar to host the 15th Asian summer, and the first time in competition history Kurash demonstration was officially organized in the game program. Kurash 2009 contest was officially organized in programs of two Asian Games - Asian Martial Arts Games 1 (Bangkok, Thailand) and the Asian Indoor Games 3 (Hanoi, Vietnam).
Today Kurash is an official sport in the competition program of the Asian Games three different - Asian Summer Games, Asian Indoor Games and Martial Arts Games and Asian Beach.
2002 IKA established its highest award - the Gold Line IKA. It is awarded to the country's leaders, politicians, celebrities because of their contribution to promote Kurash. The first to be awarded to President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov in 2002. Two years later, Sonia Gandhi, leader of India's Congress Party has received orders. 2005 in Lausanne at the headquarters of the Olympic Committee President Jacques Rogge IOC International was awarded the Golden Order of IKA. In 2006, Sheikh Ahmad Al OCA Chairman Fahad Al Sabah and President Mario Vazquez Rana ANOC He received orders Wednesday and Thursday.
Kurash is a national martial art with ancient roots back to several thousand years. That is the essence of the tradition and philosophy of Uzbeks - humanity and courage, respect for opponents and the ability to reach the goal is reached. Kurash is one of the sport's youngest international, today conducted all over the world - from Bolivia, Brazil, Dominican Republic, Fiji and New Zealand to South Africa, Mauritius, Ireland, India and Japan.
It is friendly, attractive, safe and fast developing sport. It is the synergy of the philosophy and tradition of the millennium with the modern world of dynamic development.

The Asian Beach Games is a multi-sport event held every two years among athletes representing 45 National Olympic Committees from Asia. The Games is regulated by the Olympic Council of Asia. The Asian Beach Games celebrates cooperation and unity despite differences. Athletes from a wide variety of nations are able to travel, meet new people, and bring back memories about the rest of the world to their home nations. The Asian Beach Games forge unity and friendship between their member nations by joining athletes, trainers, and officials together. The 5th Asian Beach Games is to be held in Viet Nam by 2016. The Olympic Council of Asia (OCA), the highest governing body of sports in Asia, has awarded the right to Viet Nam to host the 5th Asian Beach Games during the 16th Guangzhou Asian Games in November, 2010.
The 5th Asian Beach Games is being pegged as the biggest ever in terms of the number of sports and participants that will revel in the pristine beaches of Da Nang - coming into mind the sea, sun and sand - these attributes make Da Nang a complete sporting destination that offers a lot  beyond its beauty. Visitors to Da Nang will be welcome with the warm and beautiful smiles of its people, and will definitely be smitten by the distinct charm of the City.
