PANAMERICAN KURASH UNION INTEGRATES HAITIAN FEDERATION
Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.-The Haitian Kurash Federation received the recognition of the Executive Committee of the Panamerican Kurash Union of this discipline after evaluating the corresponding documentation submitted to the continental entity.

In this way the Executive Committee of the Haitian Kurash Federation is made up of Vauguens MICHEL, Champagne CADICHON and Ulrick LOUIS-CHARLES who are president, vice president and general secretary, respectively.
On the other hand Francois CHAVENET, Gina SULLY, Millard JEROME and Claude JEAN PIERRE in his capacity as treasurer, director of education and sports, director of development and assistant general secretary, successively.
At present different clubs already carry out the practices of this ancestral discipline whose origin is in the Republic of Uzbekistan being counted among them Velox Club Kurash, Rue Duncombre, Port-au-Prince; Zenith GU Kurash Club, Rue Camille Leon, Bois-Verna; La Sagesse Multi-Sport, Leogane; Essor Kurash Club, Cap Haïtien, Gymnasium Champs de Mars; Hikoichi Aida Kurash, Carrefour and Jose Marti Kurash Club, Mont Everest University, Port-au-Prince.
Dr. Franto MENTOR, Founding Director of ESSOR's Kurash Club in Cap-Haïtien, is in charge of the formation of the Northern Kurash League (LINOKU).
Currently, the executives of the entity carry out the formalities of place with the Haitian Olympic Committee and the Ministry of Sports itself for their full integration to these sports organizations having already held several meetings.
The Haitian leaders are already planning an International Course on Arbitration and Training as well as their full integration into the calendar activities of both the Panamerican Kurash Union and the International Kurash Association (IKA).
