FEDOKURASH PRESENTE EN EL DIA MUNDIAL DE LA CAMINATA TAFISA 2020
La Federación Dominicana de Kurash, Fedokurash, sigue anualmente las actividades de Tafisa las que comparte con sus respectivas asociaciones con la finalidad de que se integren a las mismas por medio de los practicantes y familiares, entrenadores, árbitros, personal administrativo, dirigentes a todos los niveles.
Este año y respetando los protocolos que han indicado las autoridades de salud y del propio Ministerio de Deportes por medio de su titular el ingeniero Francisco Camacho se han seguido las restricciones de separación, desinfeccion y mascarilla, entre otros, por la pandemia del Covid-19.
El Dia Mundial de la Caminata se inicio formalmente en 1991 y cada año tiene millones de participantes en mas de 150 paises para lo que Tafisa realiza una fiscalización a los fines de otorgar las diferentes clasificaciones al finalizar la caminata.
Este año en la capital dominicana la actividad se realizo en la Avenida de la Salud en en el Parque Mirador Sur, así mismo, en el poblado de Paya de la Provincia Peravia, entre otros.
"Nos complace que nuestras asociaciones se hayan compenetrado con esta actividad de Tafisa que evita la vida sedentaria, el exceso de peso corporal y que además nos ayuda a una mejor convivencia comunitaria", fueron las palabras del profesor Israel Caraballo Jiménez, presidente de Fedokurash, al ser entrevistado sobre los alcances de la actividad.

FEDOKURASH PRESENT IN THE WORLD WALKING DAY TAFISA 2020

Dominican Republic.- World Walking Day is part of the annual program of the Association International for Sports for All, an entity known as Tafisa by its
acronym in the English language.
The Dominican Kurash Federation, Fedokurash, annually follows the activities of Tafisa, which it shares with its respective associations in order that they join them through practitioners and family members, coaches, referees, administrative personnel, leaders of all levels.
This year and respecting the protocols indicated by the health authorities and the Ministry of Sports itself through its head, the engineer Francisco Camacho, the restrictions on separation, disinfection and mask, among others, have been followed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The World Walking Day formally began in 1991 and each year has millions of participants in more than 150 countries for which Tafisa carries out an inspection of the fines of granting the different classifications at the end of the walk.
This year in the Dominican capital, the activity took place on Avenida de la Salud in Parque Mirador Sur, as well as in the town of Paya in the Peravia Province, among others.
"We are pleased that our associations have become involved with this activity of Tafisa that avoids a sedentary life, excess body weight and that also helps us to a better community coexistence", were the words of Professor Israel Caraballo Jiménez, Fedokurash president, when interviewed about the scope of activity.
