 HAITI AL XV TORNEO INTERNACIONAL DE KURASH EN LA REPUBLICA DE UZBEKISTAN 

Santo Domingo, Republica Dominicana.- "Este es un muy importante paso para el desarrollo del kurash en Haití nuestra participación en un evento internacional de esta disciplina en Uzbekistan", así se expreso el señor Michel Vauguens, presidente de la Federación Haitiana de Kurash al informar de la invitación que recibió su organización de parte de la Federación de Kurash de Uzbekistan.

De esta manera dos atletas acompañados de un entrenador podrán participar en el XV Torneo Internacional de Kurash que se realiza en la ciudad de Termiz con premios económicos por 100 mil dólares los que son repartidos entre los primeros lugares de cada categoría respectiva.

La delegación haitiana a la justa mundial la que reúne a mas de 40 naciones asistirán por ese pais Edlene Mondelly  y  Joseph Wolph Jerry Ronald quienes verán acción en los 57 y 60 kilogramos, respectivamente, acompañados por Ulrick Charles-Louis como entrenador quien a su vez es el secretario general de la organización nacional.

La Federación Haitiana de Kurash fue afiliada a la Unión Panamericana de esta

disciplina en 2019 participando en los Campeonatos Panamericanos y realizando sus respectivos Campeonatos Nacionales de la disciplina en femenino y masculino.
