Tashkent, Uzbekistan.- Del 15 al 19 de octubre, la atención de la comunidad mundial de Kurash y los fanáticos del Kurash se centrarán en la ciudad de Termez.
La ciudad de Termez acogerá 2 de las competiciones de Kurash más prestigiosas del año del calendario de la Asociación Internacional de Kurash.
Los atletas de Kurash más fuertes y mejores del mundo competirán por el premio del Presidente de la República de Uzbekistán en la etapa final de la Serie Mundial Pro y el torneo internacional “Al-Hakim At-Termiziy”.
En primer lugar, las finales de la Serie Mundial Pro abrirán las competiciones de Kurash.
En la etapa final de este torneo, que tradicionalmente se celebra cada dos años, competirán 80 atletas de Kurash de Asia, Europa, África y América.
A partir de este año habrá 10 categorías de peso en este torneo.
Según el sistema de clasificación de la IKA, 8 atletas de Kurash con los puntos de clasificación más altos en cada categoría de peso tienen derecho a participar en la etapa final.
Los puntos para el ranking se determinan en base a los resultados obtenidos en campeonatos continentales, torneos internacionales y luego campeonatos mundiales que se llevan a cabo durante el año.
