FEDOKURASH PREPARA PROGRAMA DE ACTIVIDADES DEL DIA NACIONAL DEL KURASH ESTE 23 DE FEBRERO
Santo Domingo, Republica Dominicana.- En la proximidad a la celebracion del Dia Nacional del Kurash en la Republica Dominicana este proximo 23 de febrero 2025 el Comite Ejecutivo de la Federacion Dominicana de Kurash, Fedokurash, con su Cuerpo Tecnico y las Asociaciones Provinciales afiliadas, preparan un importante programa de actividades en este XXVII Aniversario de la llegada al pais de esta disciplina originaria de la Republica de Uzbekistan la que cuenta con gran popularidad en toda el Asia Cental y que se expande vertiginosamente a nivel internacional bajo la sombrilla de la International Kurash Association (IKA).
En efecto charlas sobre el origen de esta ancestral disciplina que data de mas de 3500 años, su llegada a la Republica Dominicana, caminatas, exposicion de fotogracias emblematicas y posters, 
clinicas de arbitraje, cursos de entrenamiento y sistemas de grado, competencias intramuros, entrega de reconocimientos, entre otras diferentes actividades forman parte del programa preparado.
El Comite Ejecutivo de la Fedokurash compuesto por Israel Caraballo Jimenez, Alquimedes Ortiz Cruz, Jaime Casanova, Fanny Mendoza y Kelmilk Ignacio Vidal Paulino, quienes son presidente, vicepresidente, secretario, tesorera y vocal, respectivamente, coordinan las actividades de este Dia Nacional del Kurash y el XXVI Aniversario de la fundacion de la Federacion Dominicana de Kurash (Fedokurash), el 23 de febrero 2025.
"Cada asociacion desarrollará el programa que le sea mas conveniente de manera que el mismo se integrará a la actividad general que desarrollaremos en conjunto en este 27 Aniversario de la Fundacion de la Fedokurash", informo el doctor Israel Agustin Caraballo Jimenez, presidente de la Fedokurash.

FEDOKURASH PREPARES A PROGRAM OF ACTIVITIES FOR THE NATIONAL DAY OF KURASH THIS FEBRUARY 23
Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.- In the proximity of the celebration of the National Day of Kurash in the Dominican Republic this coming February 23, 2025, the Executive Committee of the Dominican Federation of Kurash, Fedokurash, with its Technical Body and the affiliated Provincial Associations, prepare an important program of activities on this XXVII Anniversary of the arrival in the country of this discipline originating in the Republic of Uzbekistan, which has great popularity throughout Central Asia and is rapidly expanding internationally under the umbrella of the International Kurash Association (IKA).
In fact, talks about the origin of this ancient discipline that dates back more than 3,500 years, its arrival in the Dominican Republic, walks, an exhibition of emblematic photos and posters, refereeing clinics, training courses and grading systems, intramural competitions, award presentations, among other different activities are part of the prepared program.
