INAUGURAN LOS CAMPEONATOS PANAMERICANOS DE KURASH
Santo Domingo, República Dominicana.- Apertura de los Campeonatos Panamericanos de Kurash en el Coliseo Carlos (Teo) Cruz con la presencia de varios representantes del KURASH nacional y continental.
En la oportunidad recibimos la presencia de Elizabeth Thompson y Pablo Saul Cosentino en representación de las Repúblicas de Chile y Argentina, respectivamente.
Por la República Dominicana el profesor Israel Craballo Jimenez y Marcos Reyes en sus calidades de presidente y secretario general de la Federacion Dominicana de Kurash, Fedokurash, entidad organizadora del certamen atlético con el aval de la Unión Panamericana de Kurash, UPK, la que esta presidida por el también dominicano Jaime Casanova Martinez.
Luego de la Ceremonia Inaugural se procedió a la realizacion de los diferentes combates en infantil, juvenil y senior tanto en femenino como en masculino.

THE PANAMERICAN KURASH CHAMPIONSHIPS INAUGURATE
Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.- Opening of the Pan-American Kurash Championships at the Carlos (Teo) Cruz Coliseum with the presence of several representatives of the national and continental KURASH.
On the occasion, we received the presence of Elizabeth Thompson and Pablo Saul Cosentino representing the Republics of Chile and Argentina, respectively.
For the Dominican Republic Professor Israel Craballo Jimenez and Marcos Reyes in their qualities as president and general secretary of the Dominican Federation of Kurash, Fedokurash, organizing entity of the athletic contest with the endorsement of the Pan-American Union of Kurash, UPK, which is chaired by also Jaime Casanova Martinez.
After the Inaugural Ceremony the different battles were carried out in children, youth and senior both in women and men.
